    The deisgn of new emergency/standby power system including onsite power generation and power distribution system electrical service for a 12 story luxury condominium building located at 4200 Massachusetts Avenue, NW.  The design concept and construction planning were fully coordinated to minimize disruption to residents.

    The design of new electrical service systems and a new power distribution system to an existing high-rise building that features a total of 196 residential units on 8 floors above grade, 4 commercial tenants at ground level, utility rooms at basement level and 2 levels parking garage attached to the building. The design concept and construction planning were fully coordinated so as to minimize disruption to residents and tenants occupied the building during upgrade.
