Project Description :
The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a new 6,500 square foot community education building for Friends of Reston for Community Projects, Inc. This project was awarded LEED NC Gold Accreditation from the USGBC and includes such features as automatic lighting controls, SIP wall construction, high efficient geothermal HVAC and controls systems. Building construction was completed in 2010.

Chevy Chase Country Club

Project Description :
The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a 6,000 (approximately) square foot tennis pro shop and pool facility for the Chevy Chase Country club in Bethesda, MD. The construction project achieved LEED NC Accreditation with USGBC and includes such features as a high efficiency HVAC and controls systems connected to reject building energy to heat the pools. The exterior power/lighting requirements were coordinated for new tennis courts, pool area/deck items and patio dining. Construction was completed in the spring of 2009.
