    Project Description :

    The design of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the renovation to a private residence of approximately 21,000 square feet was performed.  The residence included both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and incorporated a geothermal HVAC heating/cooling system.

    Project Description :

    The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the renovation and addition to the historic Blaine Mansion to create approximately 50,000 square foot mixed-use development.  The building includes three levels of an underground parking garage, four multi-million dollar condos, two office tenants, two restaurants, core and shell future retail spaces, a rooftop pool and common space and a private residence.  The historic renovations were recognized by the Smithsonian National Building Museum for a construction site tour exhibit.
