Project Description :
The design for the renovations to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the following areas within the hospital were performed: CT scan, doctor's lounge, cafeteria, main kitchen, Emergency Room, nuclear medicine, scullery, five radiology labs and ultrasound. An evaluation to determine the adequacy and reliability of the existing emergency room's electrical system was also performed.

Project Description :
The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the renovation of the existing 16,280 square foot west and east wings of the fourth floor of the hospital were performed. The design tasks included the upgrading of the emergency power, medical gas, HVAC, nurse call and lighting systems.

The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the complete design for a new Animal Hospital in Leesburg. The building has 15,000 square feet of hospital space for operating rooms, CT scan, dog and cat wards, pharmacy, exam rooms, treatment rooms, ultrasound and isolation areas. 5,000 square feet of additional space is used for administrative offices and other supporting areas.

West Ox Animal Shelter

Project Description :
The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the renovation and addition to an existing animal shelter and a new 30,000 square foot building. The building includes vet clinic, kennels, police station, and community meeting area. Design included phasing to accommodate occupancy during construction. Design has included the implementation of Green Building practices and the building has been designed to achieve LEED SILVER certification.
