The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the renovation and addition to the existing elementary school to create a total of 87,000 square foot educational facility within Montgomery County Public Schools organization. The design efforts, as well as scheduled construction work when building is fully occupied, are carefully planned for and phased, such as to minimize disruption to normal school activities.

The design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a 13,000 square foot addition to the existing historic “Dent” Hall was provided.  The design is LEED Gold targeted and will use an open loop geothermal system for the building's heating and cooling systems.
